How do I know which size pot to buy?Updated 6 days ago

We currently offer two different-sized pots. All of our meals are available in Small, and some also are available in Medium.

Small: 200g
Medium: 250g - 300g
Simple Range: 150g

We recognise that there are growth and developmental differences between infants under 12 months and those over 12 months: Babies have very high nutritional requirements, and as these start to slow considerably from 18-24 months, it means that our small portion size can be suitable for both a one-year-old and also a five-year-old - this is approved by our Children's Dietitian, Lucy Upton.

However, this can vary based on your little one's appetite - you know your tot better than anyone, so you might find that for those with larger appetites, you may benefit from adding an additional side or portion of veg with the meal. For some inspiration, Lucy Upton shares a range of nutritious and tasty serving suggestions here.

The majority of our customers (and us in the team!) find the small size ideal for our toddlers, and older children too. We’ve even been known to tuck into them for lunch ourselves (trust us, they taste that good).
